It is so great to still have dependable service providers in our area. Last winter we had a cold air alert from our security system while we were out of the country. Rodman's tech worked with our house sitter for entry and had heat restored quickly and effectively during one of the cold snaps of the year. Who would have thought that our A/C would give up the ghost on, you guessed it, the hottest day of the year! The guys had us up and running with a much more efficient 13 seer within 48 hours. Courteous crew, in and out in 4 hours, new unit humming like a clock and you would never know they were there. Service, dependable, efficient and cost-effective, what more could you ask for, well maybe more conscientious staff like the girls minding the tech's schedules back at the office.
