The work was completed in a very timely manner and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.

I'm sending you this letter to acknowledge the excellent service I received from yourself and your staff regarding the installation of my new furnance during the December holiday weekend. I contacted Rodman's on the recommendation of my parents and aunt/uncle (both of which had bought their furnaces through Rodman's). You were able to accommodate my urgent need and came out to give me a quote the next day and had your installers come out the day after (December 28th).

I was impressed by Jordan's and Glenn's thoroughness in ensuring no damage would incur to my house while they replaced the old furnance. They deliberated for some time to ensure proper removal and installation of the furnance took place, and in the end, I was very satisfied with the results of the install...

I have already noticed a considerable difference with my new furnance. The house feels much warmer and I'm also glad we invested in a programmable thermostat. I'm looking forward to seeing the cost savings!

They are very grateful that you could meet them on such short notice when their old furnace died, and that you quickly set the wheels in motion so they weren't without heat for long at all. This is just a brief note to say thanks for the great job your team did servicing my needs earlier this year. The new air conditioner is humming along great and has done a super job these last few weeks keeping us cool during the ongoing heat wave. I am sure I will be equally pleased this fall with our new gas furnace versus the old electrical unit we had.

I researched various companies, evaluated different hardware, secured several estimates – and chose Rodman's. I made the right choice.

It all started with the courteous, helpful and professional people who answered the phones and did their very best to get me the help I needed. This was not just the first time I called, but every time I called with a query or need.

Then Jack Jewel shows up to assess the job, answer my questions, provide additional insight, guide me and provide a quote – a competitive quote! He sold me on Rodman's. I had a lower price but Rodman's was close enough and I just felt better based on this experience so far with Rodman's staff, their business reputation and tenure in Ajax, and their having won some of those "Reader's Choice Awards."

That wasn't the last I saw of Jack either. Besides being a good sales rep, he also knows a few things about installation. Jack checked in the ongoing installation and assisted the techs at various times. The techs, by the way, knew what they were doing, put there heads down and did the job right. They always showed up when they said they would, the time estimate to complete the work was good, and they cleaned up after they finished. Thanks.

There were a few more considerate things they did that I appreciated, to help finesse the job and insure that my future business needs in this area will go right back to Rodman's Heating and Air Conditioning.

With respect to the recent work done by your firm, I just wanted to say I am 100% pleased with the results. I only wished I had it done sooner because life without AC during the past July heat wave was not pleasant.

I was impressed with all aspects of the job. The initial assessment was correct and your crew showed up on time the next day. I was also pleased to see a bunch of young enthusiastic guys. A nice change from the old disgruntled malcontents where I work!

They went hard all day and even brought in extra people to ensure it was completed that day. Everything works great and there was no cleanup to do.

I will use your services in the future if required and would highly recommend you to others.
